Elizabeth A. Franks, P.E. is the Vice President of our firm and the person with whom all of our clients communicate either by phone, fax and/or e-mail. Beth received her B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a specialty in highway design from the University of South Florida in 1992. She earned her Professional Engineer license in Florida in 1997. Her 26 years of engineering experience include 9 years of drainage design and environmental permitting.
Beth's administrative responsibilities include processing and researching all work orders, scheduling and tracking inspections, coordinating with SWFWMD, and handling all of our accounting, just to name a few.
All of our SWFWMD inspections are personally performed by a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer, who also prepares the report and certification form for every site. This ensures our clients receive the most reliable and highest quality service available.
David S. Franks, P.E. is the President of our firm and he is the person who will perform your inspection and prepare your report. Dave received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a specialty in hydraulics & hydrology from North Carolina State University in 1983. He earned his Professional Engineer license in North Carolina in 1988, and in Florida in 1994.
Dave's experience spans over 35 years of full-time service as a Drainage Engineer, including 10 years of service as a manager and design engineer with the Hydraulics Unit of the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). Having personally performed more than 15,000 SWFWMD inspections, Dave's experience is unrivaled by any other licensed Professional Engineer. Dave is also a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served 4 years on active duty as an infantry squad leader in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
